Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

Causeway Retail (“we”, “us”) operates causewayretail.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws in the markets we serve.

What we collect

  • Contact and enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, company and the message you send. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange any call you request.
  • Report downloads: name, work email, role and market, used to deliver the requested document and, where you consent, an occasional briefing email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Booking data: if you book a call via Calendly, your booking details are processed by Calendly LLC under their own privacy policy.
  • Usage statistics: our host (WordPress.com / Automattic) and Jetpack collect aggregated, privacy-respecting visitor statistics such as page views and country. We do not run advertising trackers.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and consent (briefing emails). Enquiry records are retained for as long as a business relationship is active or reasonably prospective, and deleted on request.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate this site — Automattic (hosting and forms), Calendly (scheduling) and Google (fonts delivery) — each acting as a processor under their own terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@causewayretail.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
